Are trucks are equiped to handle large quantities of orders. We can handle over 1,000 orders from one truck.
Tools to handle all situations
We're not limited to just a food truck. With a state-of-the-art prep facility and portable equipment, we can be anywhere. We can easily do a courtyard bbq, or a large wedding.
Culinary Experts
We can do more than just a teriyaki or even just a asian food expert. Our culinary team is well versed in multiple cuisines and enjoy the task of experimenting. We take special request and if we're able to produce with the quality that we're satisfied with, we're more than happy to make it happen.
Pricing
We determine pricing by a few factors
Menu/variety
Full menu or limited items. The more people there are, more menu items hinders speed and efficiency and requires more staff.
Location
How far away are you? We're located in Long Island City, NY. Manhatten, Queens, Brooklyn, and Bronx are easy to get to, but the further you are, a higher travel fee will be included.
Date and time
Depending on the time of year, prices changes.
Number of people
As usually, the price per person is cheaper the more there are. We generally suggest at least 100 people. The cost become more reasonable the more people you have. But if you're close by in the city, instead of having our truck cater, we are more than happy to do a large cater order where we will drop off the food.
